Evidence based planning, decision making are what PHAD always promotes in any advocacy and intervention project. Vietnam is growing from low income country to low middle income country. Its health indicators through government regular reporting system or independent research indicate a significant better than some other countries in the region having equal or higher GDP.

PHAD targets its researches to see if health policies from previous period are still relevant at the new period of development. Evidences found will be used to develop recommendations to policy makers/decision makers.

In the coming time, PHAD will target its effort to research and interventions for health care for the poor, health insurance, public and private partnership, human resource on health and health financing.
